This is part 2 of a 2 part video tutorial on how to posterize (also know as vector art) pictures. IÃÂ’m sure many of you have seen the now popular image of President Obama done in a stylized red, white and blue posterization (if thatÃÂ’s a word). The image was done by L.A. artist Shepard Fairey. There are a lot of ways to posterize a picture, many of which can be complicated. I wanted to show you a fun and simple way to get a similar effect. Hope you like it. Please comment if youÃÂ’d like to add to the subject of posterizing. IÃÂ’m not an expert on the subject, but I know there are whole communities dedicated to this art-form.

I graduated from art school in §94 while interning with a small ad agency. After successful tenures with a jewelry wholesaler, a 30-million dollar corporation, and a medical device manufacturer I launched out on my own starting Show&Tell Promotions, Inc. a full service promotions and design firm.I'm happily married and have one son.My desire is to share from my experiences and help others make their creative projects look their best.I§ll show you tips and ticks that will have you turning out professional looking designs for work, church, or school. All the while keeping it fun and inexpensive.http://showandtellpromo.com/design
