Wendy has been working as a professional singer since 1999. She has appeared in clubs and lounges around the world, sung on cruise ships as a headliner, and frequently works in regional theatres throughout the southeast.\nShe has won raves for her honest interpretations of songs from the Great American Songbook and has been influenced by artists such as Rosemary Clooney, Ella Fitzgerald, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr, and Tony Bennett.\nShe has two cabaret shows that have consistently received rave reviews...SWING IT! and HERE\'S TO THE LADIES.\nShe has also written a one woman show, called EVERYTHING IS ROSIE, that pays tribute to her favorite girl singer of all time...Rosemary Clooney.\nShe received a B.M. and M.M. in Vocal Performance from Appalachian State University and is a proud and active member of Actors Equity Association.

Right now I am performing as much as possible...which thankfully, has been a lot as of late. One of my goals is to get more gigs singing for jazz clubs, jazz societies, and finding more concert venues, etc.
