First, how do I accept a friend request? Born and raised in the Big Apple. lSkated, did gymnastics, danced until a bone disease stopped me in my tracks. Thought my life was over until I auditioned and graduated from Music and Art for voice (think the school in the movie, "FAME").Moved away and drove a cab while I was in college.Been singing for a lot of years since in between teaching, raising a family and now grandkids around at times. Finally, happily married for going on 17 years this June. Health issue back in 1990 forced me out of my full time job and have done some singing gigs over the years. Now I just made a TV commercial for a Denver Dentist and after seeing that perhaps my "career" could just be starting again with the success of Susan Boyle, I'm going to give it a shot and go down to the next audition for America's Got Talent in Florida. If you see me on the tube this spring/summer, please vote for me, I'm sure I'll need all the help I can get! Maybe, just maybe, it's my time, late as it is.........
