    Background

    Hello everybody. My name is Walter. I am a 25 year old chef out of Vancouver B.C. Canada. I have been cooking professionally for about 10 years this year. I have recently just gotten my inter-provincial Red Seal, after graduating at the top of my class November 08. I have been Sous Chef of many places and still looking for my Head Chef position and hope to get it this year.

    Interests

    I am very into the modern cooking techniques that have been popping up over the last 10 years.

    I, like most Chef's & Cooks I have met, LOVE music. Live music, recorded music, and anything in between!

    Since there are soooo many musicians on this site and all of my video's are done to random songs I will be searching Talent Trove for someone to do the music for one of my cooking video's.

    Goals

    My biggest goal is to open my own Restaurant "Bina's Grill" a Southwestern Contemporary restaurant with a nice unpretentious feel that you can actually relax and enjoy your meal with out feeling judged .

      Nice vids man! You seem like you have a really good personality on camera too, on your next ones you should definitely show it more instead of just cutting to the music after the first bit!
